ServSafe Food Manager Classes
The ServSafe® program meets the food manager requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health for full-day certification and half-day recertification.
The materials, which come from the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, blend the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.
Hospitality Minnesota offers ServSafe in English with classroom instruction and online learning. Full-day certification is available in Spanish as an online course. (The online option still requires you to take the exam in person at the end of one of our regularly scheduled classes.)
